We want you to love your purchase from Puffigo. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be unused, unworn, and include all original tags and packaging

  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase

How to start a return:

  1. Email us at support@puffigo.com with your order number and details.

  2. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions on how and where to ship your package.

Important: Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@puffigo.com so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Personal care items (e.g., opened beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product? The fastest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether it has been approved.

  • If approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@puffigo.com.
